Travelling to Upper Mustang means entering a territory where light, altitude, and silence shape both the landscape and the inner experience. Between fertile valleys and high-altitude deserts, the route follows ancient trade corridors, isolated monasteries, and adobe villages where time holds a different density and life maintains an essential rhythm.
